By engaging Brain4Brands for any service — AI Landing Pages, Business Automation, Whitelabel Software, or AISKILLSINDIA courses — you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
We provide AI-powered business solutions including but not limited to: AI landing page design and development, business process automation, whitelabel SaaS products, and educational content through AISKILLSINDIA. All deliverables are described in individual project agreements.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of their specific deliverables (landing pages, automation workflows). Brain4Brands retains the right to use completed work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is in place. All course content, templates, and training materials remain the property of Brain4Brands.
Brain4Brands is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or third-party platform issues. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
Brain4Brands respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.
Your data is stored securely. We use industry-standard encryption. Enquiry data sent via our chatbot/form is forwarded to our email (brain4brands@gmail.com) and WhatsApp for client communication only.

In the rare case of a technical failure entirely attributable to Brain4Brands that prevents service delivery, a credit toward future services (not cash refund) may be offered at our sole discretion.
